"The property itself is beautiful and rich with history. I stayed in the foundry which was huge and lovely. What the hotel can do nothing about is the loud car racing and spin outs with screeching tires up until after midnight right outside the room along the river edge. It’s too bad there isn’t more city control of this nonsense on a Saturday night. The hotel is amazing and the noise has absolutely nothing to do with the kind efficient service of really every employee I encountered. 5 stars. "

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. I come every year for a conference and one time I stayed at a different hotel and was disappointed. From now on, I will only stay at the Hilton in Rochester when I am here. It is extremely clean and feels luxurious with the reasonable price."
