"this is a beautiful property and our room was good, but we missed things like a microwave, and information about what restaurants and services were available. There was no liner for the ice bucket, the little things like that... with information, usually there is a book in the room or some pamphlets. Check in and valet was fine, altho it was slow when we arrived and almost left not knowing if it was still available, but then it was quite good once they knew we were there. Anyway, check in was...

"We stayed because we attended the Josh Ross concert on site. The line to check in was very long but they had every window open and the line moved quick. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable with a view of the river. At first the bed didn’t feel like it would be very comfortable but actually was and we slept great.
