"Overall it was great. My room was upgraded. Front desk staff seem stressed and need a few more folks to help out. My lake view was blocked partially by the side of another building. The expedia/hotel.com rooms arent the same as the other rooms. Not sure why. Most people book on hotel.com/expedia nowadays. You really need to keep these folks happy! For a 5 star hotel the front desk can do better!!!"

"I took a taxi from airport, and the driver could not easily find this hotel as the hotel name has recently changed. The hotel is not in a new building, but the room was large and decorated well. I enjoyed to stay at the hotel. "

"The man is VERY NICE and a GOOD host I have no complaints about him. Also the place and VERY NICE A/C as it’s hot there. The only complaint I had was the bed sheets, they looked as if they had not been changed from last person. I may be wrong but it sort of made me concerned. But the price is REALLY GOOD and he will provide a nice locker to keep your luggage safe It’s overall good for the money "
