DISAPOINTING
GOOD AFTERNOON,
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET.
MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT WE WOULD NOT GET AMENITIES OR TOILET PAPER, NO TURN DOWN SERVICE IN ANY OF THE NIGHTS.
BREAKFAST HAD TO WAIT 20 TO 30 MINUTES AND AFTER GETTING THE TABLE COUL WAIT 10 TO GET COFFEE OR TEA.
MY COMPANY MADE A BOOKING AND GOT CONFIRMED FOR 11000 RUPIES, AND I ALSO MADE IN HOTELS.COM FOR THE SAFE SIDE FOR 380USD, WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL MY COMNY BOOKING NEVER EXISTED AND THIS WAS HANDLED BY MR SIDHART, AS MR CHUGGANNI ASKED HIM FOR THE BOOKING OF 3 ROOMS.
AND IT WAS ALL CONFIRMED, IF I DIDNT DO A SIDE BOOKING I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS.
I HONESTRLY NEVER THOUGHT THIS COUL BE SO BAD.
IT WAS THE WORST EVER, I ONLY STAY IN 5 STAR HOTELS AND I COULD RATE THIS HOTEL AS A 3.
WE STAYED FROM 14TH FEB TO 20TH FEB BUT ONE OF THE ROOMS I BOOKED UNTILL 21ST FEB BECAUSE WE HAD A 10PM FLIGHT I NEVER ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TO MUCH, SO PAID ANOTHER 400USD FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.
IT IS VERY VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING I AM SORRY.
