"My 18 year old found this amazing spot, for our Anniversary! We wanted a lakeside getaway and this was ideal in so many ways. We spent the afternoons at the lake and when the weather permitted, we had breakfast there too. It rained both nights which also allowed us to have cozy indoor time together. We had puzzles to choose from, the record player was always on and what a vast range of music to choose from. While we caught up on a few TV shows, we grilled on the conveniently positioned BBQ...

"I had a very restful stay here, enjoyed the calming view of the lake and watching the sunset from the porch. I heard at least one frog calling at night, and enjoyed the birdsong. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. I didn't use the upstairs level, but it was a great set up with bunk beds on one side and also a bed on the opposite side. "

"The property was very clean and the communication with the owner was easy! Jason responded quickly to my messages. The lake was a great addition and the property included kayaks. Would stay again! "

"My husband and I were exploring a number of birding hotspots in the quiet corner and decided to try the treehouse. We woke to the dawn bird chorus (without any ambient road noise). Just dreamy!"

"Great location and great host. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Cozy little spot in adorable Norwich! We loved the quaint feel of this town on the water and the beautiful setting of the Villa itself. The Villa was peaceful, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed to cook big breakfasts and dinners for our active days. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub at the clubhouse! The host was easy to contact and gave great recommendations for food and leisure activities. No complaints, and we hope to be back!"

"I set up this stay for five of my coworkers and they all greatly enjoyed their time at the house. Plenty of room and amenities for all, and a pool that came in clutch for the 90 degree days!"

"The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again."

"My wife, my son and I had a great stay at an amazing cozy cottage with kayaks and it was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. Thank you so much for being a great host."

"My husband and I stayed there with my 85 year old dad and our dogs. My adult children, spouses and and 8 year old came for the daytime. This place was PERFECT. there is something for everyone. It can be as quiet and serene a property as you wish or you can enjoy the water and fishing /paddling. Quiet as there are no motor boats on the water and the sound of the nearby waterfall is in the background. The house was clean and very well appointed. Had everything you would need. Grocery is 2 miles...

"Hosted a bachelorette trip at this property and it was fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards provided plenty to do along with a firepit to sit around at night. The house was cozy with plenty of space to sleep 5. Had a great time! "

"Fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista mal humorada, de cara fechada, que não levantava a cabeça para falar. Também foi rude, deu respostas atravessadas e irônicas. Não deveria NUNCA estar trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. A recepcionista foi o primeiro sinal. O elevador estava quebrado “permanentemente”, e ela nos disse grosseiramente: peguem a escada. Ao chegar nos quartos (reservamos dois), os dois quartos cheiravam a mofo, o carpete tinha aspecto sujo e em um dos quartos havia uma poça, que parecia de urina. Desistimos do hotel na mesma hora, e fizemos o checkout duas horas depois, indo para um da rede Hilton. Desastroso, nas fotos parecia algo bem melhor. Não somos “cri-cris” nem demasiados críticos, essa foi a primeira vez que abandonamos um hotel dessa forma. Isso significa que a coisa realmente foi feia. Fujam."
