"Stayed for a few nights. Best part about the stay was the host! Super accommodating and easy to communicate with when the lock app wasn’t playing nice. "Family weekend down from Connecticut to see our son/brother/grandson/nephew/cousin & enjoy a WVU game as well. Property was beautiful, immaculately kept and cozy. Morgan is an attentive host, reachable and accommodating to individual needs. We traveled with our dog and was able to bring an extra blow up bed for a small additional fee. Would book again in a heartbeat."

"This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel."

"This is a cute little house that is surprisingly well appointed inside. I just needed an overnight stay while dropping my daughter back at WVU and needed to bring our dog along. The house is super convenient to campus and had a great little yard for the dog. The home was nice and clean and the beds super comfy! I would definitely stay for a longer visit if needed!"

"Although old, accommodations were clean. With a king-size bed, the room was obviously able to sleep 2 adults but there was no table and only 1 swivel office chair. It would have been a problem had we been staying longer. Unfortunately, there were some inconsiderate guests who decided playing a bass guitar through an amp at midnight was acceptable. I think someone reported them and they left in a VERY noisy car that ran for a long time. All in all, the room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed...
