Situated in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, we are within walking distance to the Marina where you can see gorgeous Sunsets, eat a wide range of a variety of fine cuisine, indulge in some of Florida's finest breweries enjoy Ice Cream and so much more.
We are a short drive from Honeymoon State Park or take the Ferry to Caladesi Island with beachy white sand.

Accommodates sleeping 4. One bedroom and one pull-out queen sleeper sofa in separate room. There is also a living room separate from the sofa bed area.
Recently updated and very clean and cozy. Ground Floor.

Private Entire 1st floor with second means of egress

Only 1 car per unit on property. There is free parking spaces within walking distance.

We do have a boat for rent please ask for availability on.
