"The rooms are huge and everything is really nice. Absolutely love the balcony for my morning coffee. Only negative I have is the sheets were terrible. The fitted sheet had the little nubs of old cheap sheets which is my pet peeve and the bathroom towels were old and worn"

"We really enjoyed the location's proximity to ocean and peace and quiet of the neighborhood (hardly any street traffic). Very nice patio as well but during our stay we did not have to share it with other renters. The Host was reachable, very nice and tried to rectify problems. On the bad side, the place needed cleaning--the floors and pots and pans were dirty. A better collection of pots and pans and cooking utensils are needed. We also lacked Wi-Fi during the stay."

"Love the proximity to the beach and the ocean view from the deck. All restaurants, shops, Weber’s donuts, grocery were within walking distance. Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were very comfortable. No need to bring a beach chair as there were numerous styles to pick from❤️ "

"We enjoyed our visit. The pool was just steps away. The beach was a quick walk across the road ( which was not busy) to the walkover which was easy to walk on as there are no stairs. The cottage was small but met our needs. There was a nice starter supply of paper goods, toiletries and dish detergent .Amole supply of bath towels. It was clean.We hope to it rent again."

"This property was well stocked with beach chairs, extra linens, towels, and plenty of places to sleep. It also has several bikes to use on the paths. The kitchen was also well-stocked. It has a nice view of the gulf and is convenient to the the clubhouse. The property manager was very responsive and communicative. The blinds and upstairs windows needs some cleaning, but everything else was tidy inside."

"Neat old house with a great history. Large room with nice deck and common areas. Easy walk to downtown. Reasonable rates for area. Check in all done by phone/text. Room key is your phone. More of a hassle then you would think and don't leave the room without your phone. Bed was not very comfortable and made nearly as much noise as the traffic on rte 98. Rte 98 is the biggest issue for the traffic goes all night and the house sits on the road."
