Excellent for a family beach stay. 2 adults and 3 teens had more than enough room, great view of bay, easy access to everything, but lower traffic area. And if you do need a minute inside, a TV in every room and great wifi."

"Great stay! Grabbed this charming apartment for a birthday getaway weekend for my wife. Right in the heart of Apalachicola near all the major restaurants and shops. When we arrived, we found a clean, 3-room apartment with Keurig machine, microwave, and small fridge already there. Apartment was very comfortable and cool with mini-split air conditioning in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Ron, the host, was great! "We LOVED Beach Joy! It was the perfect little house for our 20th Anniversary. Unfortunately, the a/c died while we were there. BUT, the rental company moved us to a beachside property for the remainder of our stay at no additional cost! If and when we come back to the Island, we would love to stay at Beach Joy again :)"
