The Space:
St. Augustine Beach Bungalow is a cozy house located in a quiet neighborhood just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, and there’s also an option to drive on the beach just a block away. You can even hear the ocean from the house! The home on Anastasia Island includes two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing everything you need for your stay in St. Augustine. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and ample natural light creates a welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the screened-in lanai that overlooks the backyard that features a dreamy back patio with a new hot tub. The property is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more! Bring along your furry friend, as they are welcome too! To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

- A sitting area with a large plush sofa that faces a flat-screen TV, providing a relaxing space to hang out. This area has access to the sunroom, where you can enjoy a beverage with a book!
- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with the basics that you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a coffee maker to help you get your day started.
- A sun-drenched dining table that can seat 6 for a sit-down meal and also provides a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Other Things to Note:
A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500.
Baby equipment is available for a fee.
Note that the spacious backyard is fenced however, letting your pet run loose is at your own risk. Please clean up after your pet.
Please note there may be someone to stop by to do routine maintenance to the hot tub and yard. There’s no need to be alarmed if you see someone in these areas.
There is parking in the driveway for more than 1 vehicle.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
