Located just beside The St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and St. Augustine Lighthouse, as well as walking distance to several restaurants and bars, Tiki Nest is a wonderful venue to relax and take in the beauty and history of St. Augustine. Rent bikes and enjoy a short less than one mile ride to Anastasia Park (3 miles to beach access), or a 1.5 mile ride over the Lion's Bridge and around the cobblestone streets of the Old City. Take in popular concerts in the St. Augustine Ampitheatre just a one mile walk away. The fully fenced backyard will become your favorite oasis for hanging out with family or friends, splashing in the pool, sunbathing, or resting in a hammock among the shady tropical foliage. Tiki Nest has a spacious kitchen and living space which features an open floor plan and large breakfast and dining area perfect for family meals and games. The back screened porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee, or an afternoon chat. The hammock cabanas are a great place to curl up with a favorite book. You will find all you need to prepare meals "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are outfitted with crisp white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft white towels and start up bath amenities.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
