The Space:
This exquisite beach home leaves little to be desired! From the perfectly appointed decor to the sprawling ocean views, to the private beach access and the outdoor shower, this home packs the perfect group vacation! The open floor plan is great for entertaining and flows out to the covered decks beachside. A few steps and your feet are in the sand!

THE LAYOUT: This coastal home has a great 3/2.5 layout!
-Master Bedroom boasts a comfy King size bed and en suite bathroom. Stunning ocean views! Walk in shower and garden tub.
-1st Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed.
-2nd Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin bunk beds.
-Loft: Twin size daybed.
-Q Sofa Bed
-Guest Bathroom 1: In hallway with shower tub combo.
-Half Bathroom off of living area.

Dolphin sightings on Vilano Beach are common! Enjoy them from the house's second story wraparound balcony facing the ocean!

The house is located close to multiple local favorite restaurants on Vilano Beach. Walk to The Reef Restaurant, a quick drive to Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate's. Just 5 minutes drive from Publix shopping center. Same distance to water sports rental companies, boat charters, and fishing expeditions!

A 10 minute drive to all of downtown St. Augustine's historical offerings! Enjoy a mixologist-mixed cocktail at the Ice Plant or take a ghost tour inside Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Walk around our beautiful cobblestone streets and observe the Spanish architecture of 1565 and the late 1800's Victorians homes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, garage and parking. Please make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal"). Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!

Getting Around:
We suggest renting a car for your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Awesome ocean front home
The place was Perfect for our family beach getaway. Lots of space, easy access to the beach/ocean, great food within a short walk, not too crowded and short drive to town. Will stay here again!

Great Beach House
Great property right on the beach. Was also very close to good restaurants (caps on the water was great). House was perfect size for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to 3 great restaurants for all ages plus major grocery store. Convenient for trips to St Augustine. The views from the beach side decks are outstanding. The house is fully equipped.

Beautiful beach in a charming house that looked better in pictures
This was our first stay on Vilano beach. The area is really neat. Relatively peaceful yet a close drive from St. Augustine. The house was clean and stocked with helpful items like shampoo, dishwasher soap, detergent, garbage bags etc. More things than you typically get at a short-term rental property. That was really useful. There was an extra fridge in the garage that helped us keep a great stockpile of cold beverages. We were disappointed with two things. One, the sinks in all of the bathrooms and the hallway shower were all very slow draining. That was not ideal, but we delt with it. Mostly a problem when brushing teeth. After bringing it up with the management team, they said they would look into it. Second, the pictures of this property make the house look bigger and newer than it actually is, including the parking area. The house is listed as one that suits 13, but should really be listed as a house for 9 people with a pull-out couch and blow up queen mattress that can squeeze in 4 more. If the house were more spacious, and had a bigger den, or extra living room, where those extra 4 people had more privacy, I'd get it. But it's a pretty tight, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. I liked the simple modern decor (I am turned off by houses with a lot of stuff all over the place and dark old furniture). The long beach only steps away from the house made the above two issues easy to live with. We had a great time and will always remember our week there! Thank you!

Perfect location
Amazing property close to everything you would want to do or see in st augustine . Could walk out the back door right on to the beach which was not crowded could always find space for our family to set up a spot for the day. Everything you need was provided beach towels , chairs,tents and games to play. Would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome beach home
Fantastic property, management, facilities, location. Own private walkway to beach, sounds of ocean, lots of areas to sit and enjoy the water views, multiple patios with seats, some beach toys available. room for 5 cars to park, 2 miles from Publix, liquor store, 10 mins to St. George Street and the fort (St. Augustine). Extra fridge in the garage. Highly recommend the property .

This home is immaculate and beachy. We had an amazing time right on the beach! The home was stocked with everything we could ever need. We loved being so close to the restaurants and shopping too. This is our second vacation here and we will 100% come again !!!

Serene View Review
The experience to rent was fantastic. I will say the 13 guests is a bit tight for the space only having 3 bedrooms. The sofa bed arrangement was difficult, to find the sheets, the springs were very hard on my shoulders and back. However with an added mattress pad it would be the second best area to sleep in the home with the gorgeous windows! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this space and most importantly my mother got her beach weekend close to home. Thank you!

Beautiful Oceanfront Getaway
We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and taking a morning dip in the ocean. The house looks newly renovated and was so modern, cute and clean. The loft upstairs is such a special little nook and the whole house was just perfect for our needs. We had one small issue when the house lost water but I immediately contacted the owner and she tracked down the problem and let me know someone was working on fixing it already. It was less then 45 mins before the water was back on! I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

They thought of everything. Beach toys, coffee, filters, beach towels, laundry basket, a good hair dryer. They even had a baby gate! The house was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We WILL be returning!

Stay at Vilano Beach Property
Well furnished and appointed property. I chose this property over others because of the fireplace amenity and the cold spell that worked into the timing of the visit. The listing clearly features pictures of the fireplace burning. It also mentions it as one of the property features. I prepared and bought wood. I was surprised to find out upon my arrival that the guest book deemed the fireplace only ornamental and use of it prohibited. I felt that the listing was very misleading. Check In was easy and property managers arranged early check in which was appreciated. The location of the beach was very nice however being right on AIA the road and traffic noise is loud.

Amazing beach house
We have rented multiple houses through VRBO but this house by far was the most beautiful and best experience we have had. The views from the decks along with the thoughtful extras including full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash made it superior. The outdoor shower right off the beach that had hot water was fantastic. There were plenty of towels and it is 2 miles from a grocery store. The property manager was wonderful working with us throughout because we had several questions about our options due to our wedding plans changing due to the corona virus. She worked with us throughout and gave us alternatives and quick responses.

5 stars, will stay again!
We absolutely loved this property! It's right on the beach in St. Augustine, with your own private access. It made it so convenient for our beach trip to be able to hang at the house or beach, and be able to go back and forth as we please. The house was immaculate, not only clean but beautifully decorated with welcoming decor and colors. Every single thing was well thought out and convenient. It had most everything we needed including a grill, items for shower, make-up wipes, towels, beach chairs, games, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen was fully loaded with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and some condiments. The bedding was so comfortable, all of our friends slept wonderfully. I will say the twin bunk room and queen bedrooms are a bit noisy because it's right on the road. The host was wonderful and kept in good communication at all times. My only feedback is that there were no garbage bags in the kitchen, and not enough paper towels to last the weekend. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay. We all plan to be back again. The host also has other vacation homes for rent and we would definitely consider a different one knowing how convenient this one was!

Dream Location for St Augustine
This place is perfectly located, 10 min from downtown St Augustine and right on the beach. Waking up to an endless ocean view and peaceful neighborhood. They have an amazing sea facing restaurant 3 door down and has amazing food. Dani was a great host and we look forward to booking this place again. Thanks for the hospitality

As Good As It Looks
This is a beautiful property; everything is immaculate. It is the quintessential beach house. The beach is private (we saw very few people), and the shells are PLENTIFUL!! The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the linens were new, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The management company was easy to work with, and they responded quickly. The Reef restaurant (three doors down) has exceptional food and service. The Publixx has a large variety of specialty and gluten-free foods. And we were less than ten minutes from the Spanish fort in St. Augustine. This property is highly recommended!
