This three-bedroom, oceanfront condo is the ultimate vacation spot for a family or two couples traveling together. This gem is located on the second floor, offering an unobstructed view of the beautiful Atlantic. The ocean, with its spectacular sunrises and balmy breezes, glitters from your balcony.
Even from inside, you'll still see the surf. Soft pastel colors give you that beachy feel throughout the condo, and everything was designed for your comfort. The kitchen is a delight, offering cookware, dishes, and utensils galore, plus all appliances major and minor. The kitchen has also been renovated to include new granite countertops and new cabinets. There's counter space for chopping and mixing and a dishwasher for the clean-up afterward.
The balcony is deep and comfortable, with a table and an outdoor couch and chair where you can relax in the shade.
The living and dining areas are open and connected, while the three bedrooms are quiet, private, and restful. The primary suite has its own flatscreen TV and balcony access, so leave the drapes open and see if the sunrise wakes you in the morning. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well.
Colony Reef is a family-friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
