Pelican Peak offers you everything you could want on a beach vacation without the stuffy, tourist feel. You can walk to the beach or go to the ramp located just a few streets south of you with your loaded car full of beach supplies. At the end of each day, return home to sit on the many upper or lower decks facing both east for sunrise or west for sunset
The owners have decorated this house with comfort in mind. The decor is retro old school beach style. Comfortable and practical for all. You are perched up high looking down at the ocean only one street away. It's the perfect place to prepare the fish you caught that day in on oversized remodeled kitchen, or play family board games. A favorite spot is the top porch, where you can watch sunrises, sunsets, and even the moon rise from the ocean. There are two master bedroom suites with private baths.
The space:
The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a kitchen table, and an outdoor table where you can eat or play games. The living room is the perfect place to cap the evening watching a movie. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and remodeled bathrooms. Downstairs has a third bedroom with private newly remodeled bath. The upstairs second living room has been converted to kids’ room with a twin sleeper day bed & futon.
If you need a break from the beach days, be sure to explore historic St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. Daytona Beach is very close by as well!

- This property is dog friendly. 2 dogs, weighing 100 lbs or less, welcome in this home. This must be approved by management prior to booking. However, the following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.
- Parking notes: Please park in the driveway only, there is no street parking allowed. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.
