This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. Sip your favorite drink and watch the tide come in and out as the birds feed and frolic. the sunsets will entice you to sit and rest and enjoy the burst of color across the sky. Harbor Island offers you the feeling of secluded tranquility while only a short walk away from popular restaurants and attractions in the Historic district of Saint Augustine. Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the is beautiful home! It was so peaceful and quiet. The view of the sunset was amazing and the property itself is just gorgeous. The home is equipped with everything you need and the hosts were so kind and responded quickly. This home made our stay in St Augustine so relaxing and enjoyable.

Exactly What We Needed

Property was exactly as described! This is a quaint getaway with personality. Very comfortable and well furnished. It is a pleasure to come back to after a day out. Very reasonably pricing, clean, and the screened in porch is a great morning spot. Check-in was a breeze lock and code system worked perfectly every time. No key needed. Location is convenient, and the beach is a short drive with sites along the way. Owners provided helpful information and communications were warm and friendly. I would stay here again.

Awesome Gem!

This home and property were perfect for our visit to St. Augustine! It was very clean and well-appointed for all of our needs and close to everything. It was just downright adorable surrounded by the gorgeous landscaping and breathtaking sunsets enjoyed on the sweet screened in porch! We would certainly love to stay there again!

Super cozy, classy home close to The Old City.

My wife and I came to St. Augustine for a long weekend and celebrate our anniversary. We we very impressed with the location and the beautiful views overlooking the river marsh out back ( With a grill also)! The effeciency was clean and even had nice paintings inside. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The owners have done a wonderful job with the place. Walking the streets, exploring and dining is what we did. Everthing was close. We would come back here again for sure.

This is a great property in the historic district. It is clean, cozy and very quiet. Walking distance (25 mins) to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great place to rent, highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful town. Our rental is perfect for couples. Cozy and romantic with an eclectic feel. Decorated with art painted by the owners and the amazing landscaping outside really shows the love and creativity that went into itā€™s design.

Beautiful little retreat

Kinda like Goldilocks, I found everything to be just right. The comfy bed, hot shower, and even a washer/dryer which I was so grateful for. I'm hoping my husband will come with me next time so that I can stay longer and enjoy the peaceful outdoor spaces. While I didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seemed nicely stocked with the essentials. The owners made essential spices available along with coffee, filters, tea, and creamer. I really hope you enjoy your stay at Harbor Island, just not when we hope to return :)

St Augustine trip

This was our first time to visit the city of Saint Augustine. Which, in fact, is truly magical. Michael and Hyacinthā€™s VRBO was the perfect place for us! Close to all the sites and within a short drive to the beaches. The space was perfect. From the easy communication, great off street designated parking, comfortable furnishings, washer and dryer and lovely artwork created by the owners, this place is a winner! Our favorite part of this VRBO was the screened porch where we enjoyed an evening cocktail while watching the sunset across the wetlands. We absolutely recommend this charming old style space with all the necessary modern amenities for anyone looking for a great stay in this quaint town!

Charming Place, Fit Our Needs

Our apartment ā€œAā€ had a rear entrance overlooking the estuary with a perfect view of sunsets from the screened in porch and watching birds. A big flock of white ibis greeted us the first morning! The location was pretty great for us to easily access the historic area, yet not quite so busy as that. The trolley goes right past the house on its next stop up the street, and we made use of that service for the first 2 days. The bed was comfortable and the other amenities suited us fine. We got help from Michael and Hyacinth the first night finding the station on TV that was airing the Super Bowl. The off-street parking was so appreciated, and the lights on the palm trees at night was a great touch for finding the house in the dark. Lastly, we were surrounded by paintings done by both owners that put us in a tropical state of mind. Thanks to both of you for your hospitality and kindness!
