"Lovely relaxing place to stay outside the bustle of Madison. We appreciated having real cups and glasses available as well as bottled water and a few snacks too. The screened in gazebo is a treasure. It was great to be able to park right outside our door too. "

"The building is a little bit older, however the apartment is updated and has everything you need. There is a full kitchen. Bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Everything was very clean, from the bed to the living and dining areas. If you plan to do laundry bring quarters, it’s 1.50 for a wash and dry. "We absolutely loved our stay here. Once we figured out how to use the lock box to access the key, we found our apartment just as described, although the sofa is new and the old one is in the picture on Vrbo. The new sofa is very comfortable, and the Spring Green Motel sign that replaced the Coke sign, is a wonderful addition. The bathroom had two types of conditioner and shampoo, plus SoftSoap body wash. "Love this place, this was our second stay here, it is cute, comfy and right downtown. So close to the Driftless Cafe which is worth the stop in Veroqua all by itself. Bed is super and everything is as described and I have little doubt that we will stay here again. So easy to recommend. "
