"Stayed here to attend my grandson’s graduation from Navy boot camp. Location is convenient to the Training Center in Great Lakes. Even better it’s walking distance to downtown Libertyville, IL, which is a charming little town with some great pubs and restaurants. Apartment is clean and has the necessities. It could use a few more pots and pans for those who want to cook, but overall a good stay. "

"We stayed six nights. The beds are comfortable, the location is as described and parking is easy. The host was very responsive to our one request. "

"This was a good location for our son graduating from the Naval Academy. We chose this location because it had a pool. But in the fine print, we were only eligible to use the pool if we stayed for 30 days. Very misleading advertisement. Only one roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms for six people for four days."

"Ma's Place was exactly perfect for us. Very dog friendly for all three of our little pooches. We all enjoyed our stay and slept comfortably for two nites. The apartment was neat as a pin and spic and span clean. "

"Very quick response at 12:30 am when we couldn’t get our code to work. Automatically let us in so we weren’t stuck outside in the cold and dark! Really great communication throughout our stay. "

"Was told 3 o’clock check in and arrived at 340 and had to come back an hour later because house wasn’t ready. Super nice host there. House was good other wise"

"The host did a great job communicating what would be needed for the stay. The place was very clean and conveniently located in a quiet area. Definitely will consider returning in the summer"

"The ONLY bit of an issue was that there is some sort of (what I think may be a backwash cycle with a pump or septic system) noise that comes on next to 2 of the bedrooms. This often happened randomly in the middle of the night and it can be a little loud. If it is indeed a pump, maybe it could be set up and scheduled to come on only during the day. Everything else was very clean, nice, and updated."

"I booked this property for a reunion with some old friends, with the intention that we would be spending a lot of time hanging out. This property was perfect for that -- lots of beds and bathrooms. A beautiful view of the lake from the main living area and two of the bedrooms. Lots of amenities/activities including a pool table, ping pong, a fire pit, etc. But perhaps the best feature was the openness of the kitchen/dining room/pool table/family room, which meant that you feel connected to...
