"The property itself is beautiful! The other two bright spots about this resort are the pool and the gym. Hands down the best hotel gym I have been to in a long time. The downsides of this property is it feels pretty run down in places. In the main hallway a door wouldn't shut so it was always very cold walking to the lobby. Our room was pretty rough. "Location was perfect to visit family over the holidays. All team members we encountered were fabulous and so helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The only downsides - room and furnishings are showing wear and tear. Also, somehow lots of flies were getting into the room. Not sure how, but there were a lot in the bedroom. "
