"Overall stay was great with exception of the last 20 minutes. As an executive of a large company I travel quite a bit both domestically and internationally and seen a lot. My stay was completely soured by the hotel front desk manager that got super aggressive with me when I did not leave my room at the 11am checkout time. I took a Microsoft Teams work meeting from my room that was suppose to end at 11am. I thought no big deal. The meeting went over 15 minutes and that’s when things went...

"Property was beautiful but the housekeeping staff caring for the room was poor. In the second day was not restocked coffee, etc tissues and lotion. Had to call the front desk to ask to be restocked. They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. One evening we got back to get ready for dinner out around 430pm and our room had not been cleaned or changed. We had to get ready quickly and they never came...
