"The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of seating on the deck. Only one small complaint and it seems to be the case on other houses we have rented in the same development , that is there is no pantry, so no real space to store dry food items."

"Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! "

"This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

"This place was cozy and spacious all at the same time. The fishing at the lake was great! This cabin was also back far enough from the lake that kids were able to go play outside without the fear of them going into the lake without us. It was just enough out of the way to be peaceful. The host was also quick with communication when we had a question. Would definitely stay again!"
