"The property was quite easy to drive to, especially during a holiday week. Located by the Shenandoah State Park and minutes from Luray caverns, this property offered scenic views and comfortable comfortable accommodations. The cabin is located adjacent to the owners, however the stay was quiet and the owners only made themselves available when/if needed. This cabin has EVERYTHING you need. "The location and updated furnishings are what make Blackwater Bed & Bikes amazing. Highly recommend staying there."

"Great location on the main strip with many places to walk to for food. A couple little stores. Easy to get to the Falls. There were quite a few ants all over so we messsged the property manager and they came over soon after to put down ant traps. The place was overall clean but could have used a little bit more attention as there were spider webs and dust still."

The hosts attended to us making sure we had what we needed, while also giving us space to relax. The quiet countryside and mountain air was just what we needed. "This was a great location to Bryce Resort. It was well stocked with everything that you need in the kitchen. The bath towels were nice and thick. Donna was very helpful with any questions we had."

"The check in process was seamless. The property was clean and inviting. As I mentioned, loved seeing French Roast coffee on the counter. The bed was firm but not like sleeping on a rock, a very welcome change. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a plus. I would highly recommend and plan to return when my schedule allows. 5 hr drive for me"

"Our family had a great time at Cliffside Falls over Thanksgiving. The house was terrific…roomy and clean, with every amenity, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all. The hikes to the falls were amazing and a spectacular sight we will long remember. Rick was also a very welcoming host, and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend and love to return!"

"*Bring your own groceries. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was easy for us to make all of our meals. Also, you may want to bring plenty of bottle water for drinking and cooking. The hot water heater hadn't been flushed in a long time (maybe never).
