"Pictures do not match Google maps. When I contacted customer service to question this I was told there were no issues with the property. Day of check in, I had not received check in info so I contacted the host. I was told the property was rented theough July and was not available. I called VRBO and they took an hour to confirm this. I was assured a 100% refund, but as of now I have only been refunded the service fee. I will be telling everyone I know and the BBB NOT to use this untrustworthy...

"The rental was very cold - the furnace couldn't keep it above mid 60s. The kitchen and back bedroom were in the 50s. The unit was not clean. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill and in an upstairs bedroom. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters - they were black with dirt. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. "Stayed for a couple nights it was a great location, pizza place across the street and ice cream down the street. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Stairs are definitely steep but just be mindful. The parking is also very tight we had rented an Acadia and I wouldn’t have tried with anything larger. Check in was easy and no issues. We had a nice stay would stay again."

"Condo was very clean, close to sawmill rd so plenty of nearby places to eat. Check in and out was easy. Back yard had a nice deck to hang out at. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked clean. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"My husband, cousin and I stayed here for the annual quarter horse congress at the fairgrounds. It is literally a 3 minute drive as long as you have a congress pass.
