"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

"I missed the part about needing a photo ID so when I arrived I looked for information about the gate and saw that and facepalmed while sending a photo of my ID while my children were scolding me for not reading the email This is like a mixed event and boarding space setup I think. The upstairs area for rent has a kitchenette-e-nette with a little tabletop dishwasher down the hall. You won't be cooking here, but there's a fridge and coffee waiting for you. "Owner was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Unit was clean and just as described. My favorite thing was definitely the view. I left the shades up so I could enjoy the lights and view of the city. Location was perfect being downtown. I would stay again if I'm ever needing a place in Columbus. "
