Atlantic adventures await at this centrally located coastal home. Gather our complimentary full beach gear and walk to the beach (closest entrance is just 400 ft away).

Enjoy a wide array of excursions & water activities nearby, with snorkeling, diving, fishing, and boating all at your fingertips.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, unwind in the plush sofa and two chairs of the coastal-styled main living area. Settle in and stream your favorite move on the 55" Smart Roku TV. Highlights include an abundance of natural light, chic coastal art-work and a very comfy lazy boy to kick back and read your favorite novel.

KITCHEN & DINING

A discerning chef's dream, the impeccably renovated & fully stocked modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner induction cooktop with its own pot filler, as well as a massive kitchen island with a built-in sink & mini-fridge. Additional appliances & gadgets include a french door refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 12-cup coffee maker and toaster.

While dinner simmers, perch at the outdoor kitchen bar with seating for two. Gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table overlooking the lush backyard.

BED & BATH

This single-level home accommodates six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in a private den. Two full and one-half bath are stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, q-tips, make-up remover wipes and cotton.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a king bed, a 47" flat screen TV with Roku Express, DVD player and ceiling fan. Wake up to the views of the garden through the French doors providing direct access to the patio.

Spa enthusiasts are in for a treat in the spacious master bathroom featuring a state-of-the-art large hydro massage bathtub with digital options for head, foot & back hydro massage! Other upscale features include a double vanity and a separate extra tall walk-in Spa shower with rainfall showerhead & glass door.

Guests staying in the second bedroom have an en-suite bathroom, as well as a queen bed, closet and a 37" flat screen TV with Roku Express. The bathroom features a chic extra tall walk-in shower with a glass door.

A private den located in between the master bedroom and master bathroom contains a queen sleeper sofa and closet. An adjacent half bath offers added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend lazy afternoons and tranquil evenings feeling the ocean breeze from the large shaded lanai overlooking the lush garden. Enjoy breakfast on the comfy outdoor set for six, read your novel on the lounger or dine al fresco at the outdoor picnic table. Outdoor ceiling fans provide additional cooling.

The yard is lovingly landscaped and fully fenced for your privacy

Amazing Home with private beach access.
The home is truly amazing, with an beautiful modern kitchen, and a outside patio to relax and read or entertain with friends. Very clean with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a TV in every room. One of the main reason we chose this home was, it is just steps away from from your own semi-private gorgeous beach! If you like to have your own space, this open floor designed home is for you to rent. We highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this rental. It was everything we expected and more. The only thing that could have made it better was a backyard pool to cool off after a long day at the beach and in the island sun :)

Jeep Music Fest
We attended the Island Off Road Jeep Event as one on the Charities that were benefiting from the event ( Jon's Mission for 22). The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the welcoming snack basket and all the amenities. They house was better than we could of hoped for. We will definitely stay there again

All of the rooms were spacious, kitchen was modern and beautiful and we had everything we needed including beach gear. Our teens had their own large space and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even across the bridge to groceries Communication was excellent and getting into the property was seamless. Highly recommend!

Delightful stay on Singer Island
This property was wonderful for our two week stay on Singer Island – – great location between the Atlantic and intercoastal waterway – – quiet neighborhood – – in easy walking distance to town center of island, the beach and park/playground area. House had a nice and recently remodeled kitchen that we fully used. The covered back porch, gallery area was a comfortable place to spend time any part of the day with grill and comfortable seating. Cecilia, the host and property manager was very attentive, responsive to any needs and great to deal with during our entire stay. Would give this property a solid 5 star rating and recommend without reserve for those seeking a ground level experience. Hope to stay there again on future visits.

Not as expected
The property is well appointed and in close proximity to the beach. We were very excited initially with the location. However, the property lacked proper cleaning, there was sand all over the floors, piles of sand in the shower and on the furniture. the owner did try to address the issues but we did not want cleaners coming in during our relaxing time, and felt this should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also an enormous amount of mosquitos inside the house and we kept getting bit. When I told this to the owner she suggested we left the doors open, which we did not. In addition to that we found a huge roach in the master and the owner again didn’t think this was a big deal. we had lizards inside the home as well as other small creatures and this overall left the experience undesirable. When we both went home I had another roach inside my bag so did my friend. I would not stay at this property again. The owner offered us a $100 discount which is honestly offensive considering the cleaning fees attached to the property which was obviously not cleaned and needs pest control. Would not recommend.

Marvelous Maven! Singer Island Beach Haven
Absolutely fabulous property, awesome location, great beach equipped house with a grill, only a quick 3-5 min walk to the ocean sand. Property manager, Lelia, was great in all ways and very easy to reach if needed. Forget the rental car next time- everything is within walking distance, even the Publix grocery and Walgreen’s drug store (1 mile walk across the bridge) , as well as the great resort shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away. Will definitely stay with the excellent Maven Rentals again.

Home away from Home
We were very impressed with the property. The house was spacious with lots of potential for entertaining family and friends including a very large kitchen leading out to a beautiful backyard and covered patio. While there were only three of us this trip, I could easily see a larger family gathering here. Bathrooms were good size with spacious stand-up showers in each.. The residence felt secluded, but in reality was only a minutes away from many of the local eating establishments and the beach. I would rate the management company a 10 our to 10. Lots of communications, quick to respond to questions, and very easy to deal with. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

AmaZing!
This vacation was the best one my family and I have ever experienced. Here are just a few highlights of our stay at Harbor Yacht: During the booking process, the consistent communication was second to none. Being pretty new at this VRBO game, they explained everything clearly enough. Laila was incredibly pleasant to deal with. The location was perfect, only a few minute walk from the ocean AND the bay. Also, it was only .2 miles from a great selection of shops and restaurants. This place was beautifully laid out and had everything! We drove there thinking we would have to go to the store to pick up essentials; to our surprise they provided great towels, linens, TP, paper towels, and laundry detergent (and even a few snack and drinks). The beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and toys, were ideal. Our children had never been in the ocean before, but after this trip and all the boogie boarding they did, we left with our own boards for our next trip. Words cannot fully express how great of an experience we had. Nothing else to add, no complaints, but we only wish we could have given this place six-stars. We will be back, for sure!
