Restaurants, shops and nightlight are all only steps away - about a 1 minute walk from Sun Garden Cafe, Solorzarno's Pizza is 3 minutes and the Beach Club Nightclub at the intersection of Ocean and Canal is just a 3 minute walk as well. Just a 7 minute walk to sink your toes in the sand and wet them in the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Cart provided!

This two bedroom, one bath light and bright condo is part of a small complex in the heart of Siesta Key village. It has been updated and newly furnished with stylish decor. Includes chair railing and crown moldings throughout. The living room has a new brown leather sofa and chair, a large 55" LG SmartTV (includes YouTube TV) with sliders that open up to the private open patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on your patio under the shaded palms. Easy nest operated entry! A second entry/exit door for quicker access to Siesta Key Village. Two parking passes are provided with the property. Park in the private parking lot out back or in the front.

This condo has had some upgrades recently, like newly painted white kitchen cabinets in the full sized kitchen. It is stocked with plenty of dishes and stemware for home prepared meals. Whip up a great seafood dish using the stainless Maytag oven with black glass stove top and stainless built-in microwave. Included is a stainless Professional Series Frigidaire refrigerator with ice-maker and full size Frigidaire stacked washer/dryer located next to the kitchen off one of two master bedrooms.

There are two master king bedrooms both with new beautiful King mattresses, remote operated ceiling fans, plenty of closet space and large wall-mounted LG Smart TV' s including YouTube TV with private WiFi throughout the condo. The bathroom has been updated with a granite countertop, tile floor and a large step-in newly tiled shower with massage optional shower-head. The living room is on the smaller side but there is plenty of comfortable seating and the bed opens up into a queen. If the bed is open, you don't have much space in which to navigate the living room. Best to keep it folded down.

Professionally cleaned hotel linens & towels. Plenty of cookware so all you need is a toothbrush and your clothes.

Walk to many restaurants, shops, entertainment and nightlife or step into an open air golf cart ride from one of many offered on the key.

Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles. Oversized vehicles are not allowed including RVs.

One small pet up to 30 pounds considered with a pet fee. You must request this separately so we can send you the pet friendly lease . No pets are allowed in the pool area. Sarasota is a pet friendly place however pets are not allowed on Siesta Key beaches. You'll have to go to Venice about 20 minutes away for a dog beach. No cats allowed!

All pets must be approved. For approved pets, there is a nonrefundable pet fee. For bookings 6 nights or less, there is a pet fee of $50/day plus processing fee and taxes. For bookings 7 nights or more, there is a pet fee of $300 plus processing fee and taxes. Make sure to pick up after your dog.
