The owner of the house is very friendly and polite - he checked in often to ensure we were doing ok. The property manager is also wonderful. "Our family booked 5 nights at this home in Feb pre-COVID for a stay in late March for Spring Break. We tried to cancel in mid-March when travel to Mexico became restricted. The owner would not let us cancel or rebook different dates. They did not refund our money or even the cleaning fee! In a lifetime of traveling, we have never had a worse experience dealing with a homeowner. Beware!"

"We loved our stay at Vista Tortuga. The property was great, and the self-contained apartments worked really well for our group. The common areas were fantastic, and we loved hanging out by the pool and on the rooftop deck with views of the ocean. "Casa Mila is perfection! The house is an aesthetic dream, inspiring, well-appointed, with everything our family of four (kids are 8 & 4) needed to enjoy our week-long stay.
