"Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!"

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. "We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. "I’m quite picky when I choose places. This was a good pick. There is plenty of space, the outdoor area is perfect, the location was superb. The bathroom is small, but so was every bathroom that we stayed in while in Italy, even high end hotels. Manuela, so kindly met us late at night to show us our accommodation and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I hope to go back. "

"If I could rate rate higher than 5, I would. It started with Angela greeting us warmly and describing the apartment and the city thoroughly - even setting up a tour with a pedi - guide bike host who was amazing! The apartment felt like home - we stayed for 9 days - all the amenities we needed, parking right outside the apartment (big plus) and a grocery within walking distance. We loved this apartment, highly recommend and will stay again if we are ever back in Assisi. "
