"This house is very nice. It’s well decorated and has many thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in good condition and very clean. We especially liked the color coordinated and soft towels and sheets instead of the usual hotel grade scratchy and worn towels we get at other places. "Upon arrival, we were very impressed with how clean everything was! All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room. "We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well! "The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again! "

"We stayed here for an extended weekend and had a wonderful stay. The home is conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach with close proximity to shops and restaurants and a short stroll (under 5 minutes) to the beach. You don't have to cross any highways to get to the sand which is very nice. Mainsail is a gated community with nice amenities, especially the heated pool and BBQ area right by the home. The home itself was nicely equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay...
