"This was a perfect location for a relaxing vacation! The unit was updated and looked nice. The furniture was comfortable. The unit has all the amenities needed for an extended stay at the beach. The unit is beachfront with private beach access which allows for beautiful walks along the water. The balcony is a great place to sit, relax, listen to the waves and watch the perfect sunrise/sunsets over the gulf. The property owner was quick to respond to a minor issue. We would stay here again!"

"Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!"

"We have stayed at edgewater for over 20 years since I was a little girl. This year we had to cancel our long week trip in early September due to my mom having emergency surgery. Once she was better, we wanted to take our daughter just for a short beach trip and we were so excited to find this listing on Vrbo. The condo was very well taken care of and communication with the owners was very easy. Our daughter is 3 months old and we had an early morning flight and they allowed us an early check in...

"This condo was perfect for our short get away. Right across from the beach and pool was super close as well. Couple things that made it more like home was the toilet paper, it was not the cheap thin kind and the towels were super fluffy. Master bed was comfortable as well. We will stay here again and the host was very responsive after I booked.looking for. Nice relaxing place, this is it!"
