"This is a great little place to stay in Newport! The room was adequate and comfortable and the bathroom down the hall was decent. Wish there were blackout blinds/curtains in the room as the wharf lights made it very bright at night. The best thing about this property is the location and the kindness of Tara the manager. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Really easy check in process and directions which was appreciated with us getting in a bit later on day 1! The space was super clean and Cindy went above and beyond to put items in the room to make the stay more comfortable. She even hand makes soaps and sprays which she provides samples of to use (I ended up buy two bars of soap!). "Very cute, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable bedding. Little balcony and the back deck was a great bonus. Very clean, lots of dishes and glasses available to use. Very easy to check in. The only major drawback was we had someone sleeping on the pull-out couch but there’s no blackout curtains on the windows or door leading out to the balcony. Had a hair dryer that wasn't working, and it was promptly replaced; the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and was promptly fixed three times, the final time really worked. Excellent service on all this.
