"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"We stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday during our honeymoon. Never having been to Newport, we didn't really know what to expect. The condo is clean and spacious. However, it is on the busiest street and is extremely loud. Even with the provided sound machines, it was difficult to sleep Saturday evening due to the noise. Sunday was a lot quieter and it was less of a problem. The biggest issue we had was due to spotlights that shine directly into the primary bedroom from the hotel behind it. It...

"Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. "

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, very close to lots of restaurants, and historic sites. The parking is first come first serve and there are only 2 designated spots, which can be a little bit inconvenient since some of the other visitors park their car and never leave."
