The home's location in Sarasota's Gulf Gate Estates neighborhood leaves you just minutes from South Siesta Key beaches, bars, and dining options. Endless outdoor recreation abounds, with nearby highlights including TPC Prestancia Golf Course (3.3 mi.) and the 18.9-mile Legacy Multi-Use Trail (2.8 mi.). Bicycles are provided for use during your stay, which are available in the garage.

Recent home updates and additions include all-new flooring, updated kitchen counters and cabinets, and upgraded furniture. Kick back in one of the leather recliners to unwind with friends and family in the living room or retreat to the privacy of your own bedroom to stream shows and movies on your en suite smart TV - all your favorite streaming apps including Netflix and YouTube TV are accessible with your own account(s). A dedicated office desk is provided to help you meet any remote work needs. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You can also fire up the gas grill and treat your guests to alfresco meals around the dining table on the patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
