"Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. Views across Sarajevo were amazing - corner windows in my room and ones that stretched the length of the bathroom meant I had...

"Hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions in Sarajevo. However, the first room they offered me had a strong smell of cigarette. They changed to another one which also had a smell in the bathroom. The interior is a bit too dark. Would rather stay somewhere else but close to this address, which is top notch. "

"Hostel fica afastado do centro da cidade, mas nada que atrapalhe, já que tem trolleybus a 5 min do hostel. Quarto simples e confortável, apenas o banheiro é extremamente pequeno e tem uma janela no teto que não tem como tampar, o sol entra cedo no quarto e acaba por atrapalhar o sono. Staffs super gentis e agradáveis, me ajudaram sempre que necessário, inclusive no translado para a rodoviária. Café da manhã bom. O grande diferencial está na gentileza dos staffs."

"The Location is a little out of the centre of Sarajevo but it near a tram stop to get into town. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful."
