"Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara."

"A fantastic location to escape the fear in Pasadena of the devastating Eaton Fire. An evacuee, i enjoyed being next to the Sacred Space to contemplate life without possessions. The shower, towels and bedding wonderful. The kitchen well equipped, but bring your own wrap or ziplocks if you cook. Furniture perfect for conversation. Comforting views. "

"My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and spacious for us. Host communicated via text and was quick and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"We're a family of 4 (+ one dog), and we spend about a month every summer in SB. This year and last year we chose this condo, and it is superb. Unlike many vacation rentals, it has every little thing you need for everyday life. Kitchen fully stocked so you don't have to run out and buy ziploc bags or cooking oil... laundry detergent, replacement light bulbs, boogie board and beach chairs... you name it. It's all there. "We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. The complex itself is very pretty and updated, situated in a convenient location walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown and close to freeway access. Really an all...
