"This is a very special quaint beach bungalow. You could not ask for a better location. The beach, Miramar hotel and lower village are all right there the house is clean and cozy. "For our little family of 3, (2 adults and 7 yo) the space fit us just fine. It was conveniently located to restaurants, a beach and a few playgrounds we could walk to. Which was helpful since we had taken the train down from SLO and were on foot! Would have liked a broom or vacuum for sand clean up and dish towel would have been nice. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, and just used an extra beach towel. Sound wasn’t an issue for us as mentioned in other posts. We were able to crack...

"The house was a perfect location for our nephews wedding at Glenn Annie golf club. The house was very nice back yard well kept. The owner kept the kitchen well maintained with pots and pans. Nice appliances. The house has plenty of supplies for us too. We wanted for nothing. Ample parking and lovely neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stress free stay! "
