"Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the valley, listening to and looking at the incredible variety of birds… Beautiful place very friendly and helpful. Renters good proximity to the different things we wanted to do. Wonderful place. Earplugs made any noise from dogs or roosters or the street disappear without a problem. Very kind neighbors. Challenges with check-in/meeting the care taker. Be advised, this cabin is located 10 minutes off a main road, up a very steep, bumpy, rocky, dusty incline – a 4x4 is absolutely required and I would not advise attempting this in the rain! "This property is an oasis. There was fruit growing everywhere. The differences of plants and trees is like nothing we saw while in Costa Rica. Very memorable and our host was very helpful throughout the whole time we were there. FYI when they say you need 4x4 there are not joking around. We had a rental that had 4x4 and the road still made my stomach drop. Worth it if you can get to it."

"We loved our stay with Casey and Tamara, especially the outdoor kitchen and living spaces. It was very peaceful, located amongst banana and coffee plants. The location is great, although 4 wheel drive is recommended. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely accommodation, with great hosts."

"This is a piece of heaven on earth!! Peggy answered every question we had and gave us extra tips as well! Trina and Jorge were amazing and even (for a small fee) picked up some groceries for us and had those for us upon arrival!
