Easily reach the Santa Clara Beach access point, which is well-equipped with bathrooms, outdoor showers, and parking, and fantastic dining and shopping in Seaside. Kick back on the beach to soak in the sun, paddle through the waters of Eastern Lake, and hang out at the community pool in the afternoons. You can also drive less than six miles to Rosemary Beach to dive into the action or lounge on the sands at Alys Beach nearby.
Toss a load of clothes in the private washer/dryer as you enjoy your morning coffee and surf the cable channels. The central air-conditioning will keep you cool on hot days. Explore the area, then return to get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Light the gas grill to put a good sear on your fresh catch, and get your favorite tunes streaming over the free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
