From the heated private pool (with lights and waterfall), to top-of-the-line appliances and two master bedrooms, to the comfortable coastal decor and porches perfect for relaxing - plus COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to the brand new 6-SEATER GOLF CART!!! These typically rent for ~$150/day, so this is a huge benefit offered FREE to guests! The house also comes with 6 beach chairs, board games, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Open floor plan with a huge amount of square footage allows for multiple living and dining areas - - plenty of room for separation OR togetherness. The gas BBQ grill, high-end finishes including quartz and marble counters, outdoor dining + living spaces, and so much more make this home the perfect beach retreat!

High end furnishings and designer finishes abound throughout this beautiful open concept home - with ceilings on every floor that feel like they stretch to the sky! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with large breakfast bar and barstools with everything you need to make family meals and entertain, boasting gorgeous quartz countertops, custom backsplash, top of the line stainless steel appliances, a grill outside, and more! In addition to the large interior dining room, there will be an outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge/living area, perfect for relaxing and hanging out sipping a cocktail after a day at the beach or with your coffee in the morning!

HD flat screen Smart TVs (with YouTube TV (live TV channels) and smart TV capabilities) throughout for your viewing pleasure, or if you prefer you can access your own Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts for streaming. The house having two king bedrooms is really perfect for family vacations! The other 3 bedrooms have queen beds, and the sixth bedroom has 2 twin XL beds.

There is also a full laundry room available for your use! Parking for 6+ vehicles available. A family's beach vacation dream, so many things to love here!

We also manage 2 homes on the same street as this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are 30A Dreamin' (11 Walnut- 4 bedrooms) and Blue Oasis *right next door* (145 Walnut- 6 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. 

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart.
