Think Pink 30A is located in the beautiful and lushly landscaped gated community of Calypso Pointe and is just a VERY short walk to the beach. Parking and beach access are no problem at our home and we have parking for 3 vehicles and on street parking when available. This charming house offers wonderful views of the Gulf from the large 3rd floor loft, which has a sectional pull-out sofa for additional sleeping quarters. Great place for the kids to hang-out. This room easily functions as fourth bedroom. The master suite on the second floor has a screened in porch and wrap around sundeck.
The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and a large glass shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor. One with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin bed.
There is a large living area with a fireplace, 2 full sized sofas, and an oversized chair and ottoman. Great place for everyone to gather and watch the 52" flat screen smart HD TV with a premium cable package. The sunny dining room has seating for 8 or more. There is a Weber gas grill on the wrap around front porch and a picnic table that can seat many guests.
It is the perfect place for a family picnic party. The beautiful community pool is directly across the street with rest rooms and outdoor shower.There are some wonderful restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Great home away from home for your beach vacation!

Large private loft/den w/ convertible bed and windows all around. with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico.

There are only 35 homes in Calypso Pointe and only a few are offed for vacation rentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 3- 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded.

REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
