This wonderful condo located in Santa Rosa Beach boasts a bright and airy interior with all the comforts of home. This condo is ideal for families, couples, and friends who want to enjoy a wonderful getaway together. Enjoy views, good company, and a favorite beverage on the lovely private balcony. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is available for preparing meals. Gather around the table that seats six for family-style meals or board games. A private washer/dryer is available for easy refreshing. The condo is located above a local shop and the property is set in a great location on the beachfront.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place!
We had a great stay. It was exactly like the pictures showed it, maybe a bit bigger. The location was fine, the beach access was amazing. Loved the beach. Had some key fob issues on day 2 but those got worked out. When we first got there, the place seemed clean but didn’t look or smell clean. There was a bad odor coming from the vent in the kitchen, maybe from the restaurant below. We covered the vent with a towel and that helped. I had hoped there would be silverware in the kitchen but there was only forks. A larger pan for pancakes would have been great too! Overall, great spot. Big and roomy, the patio had great views. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the location and beach access. The condo was nice and roomy. However, there was not silverware, (spoons for example). and there were a few things that could be updated. In any event, we had a fantastic time. The area is fantastic and had great beach access. We would stay here again.

We loved this condo, which even had a peek-a-boo ocean view on its large balcony. The place was clean and super comfortable. Some of the beach equipment (chairs/umbrella) could be renewed. We especially loved that it was dog-friendly and across the street from a private beach area on the stunning Emerald Coast thanks to access provided by two fobs in the condo. Do not miss eating brunch at The Perfect Pig, which is directly below the condo! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great getaway
We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Upon arrival we discovered our unit had not been properly cleaned but the host was quick to respond and help rectify the situation. Couldn’t be more pleased with the communication. Appliances were a little out of date but worked great. We were able to cook in several nights during our stay. The unit was very large allowing us ample room to spread out during our stay. All in all would stay here again for our next trip down to 30a!

Location, Location, Location
Stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week. Beach access was right across the street through a private gate. Perfect spot on 30A close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Great communication with the owners, who informed us of an issue with the microwave hours before our arrival. Luckily they were able to provide a new countertop model before we got there. Also, the ice maker in the fridge was not working, so plan on bringing ice (if you are used to ice cubes in your beverages). The owner said they were waiting for the part to repair it. Beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Just what we needed
Everything was just as listed! Checkin was easy and we were on the beach within an hour of unloading! The elevator was a lifesaver with hauling all our belongings up! There a few minor items that we needed answers to and the owners were quick to respond and resolve our needs. The porch is large and we spent most evenings outside. We ate at The Perfect Pig twice and we all agreed we enjoyed our breakfast! We enjoyed our family vacation so much that we booked the condo for next year!

Perfect spot for family!
Great location with easy beach access and a pool. Loved being walking and short driving distance to so many restaurants and shops. Contrary to another review we found the place to be very clean, comfortable, and nothing seemed “tired”. We loved our stay and would be happy to return!

Underwhelmed, not focused on the details
This property was just eh. In my personal opinion, this appears to be an investment property focused on a quick turnaround of guests that is centrally located on 30A. But we were underwhelmed. First the pros: the managing company was easy to communicate with and was efficient in their response. The location on 30A is great if you want close proximity to the beach but don't mind the traffic. (lot's of construction vehicles driving up and down the road). The Perfect Pig restaurant directly below this property was FANTASTIC! The king bed in the master was comfortable. The not so good: (photos were shared on my Instagram) - The furniture throughout the property is showing its age. The deck swing and deck furniture is fragile and cheap. - The ice maker in the freezer did not work (others mentioned this in past reviews. And no, I did not message the property managers because that should have been addressed prior to our visit and i didn't care for someone coming in to fix during our stay). - The coffee pot was dirty with grinds in it from the previous renters - The lint filter in the dryer was filled with lint from the previous renters - Cleaning fee!!?? - The kitchen is sparsely furnished with a few empty drawers and cabinets. Bring extra silverware and anything you need for a meal. There was not even salt and pepper. - There was just no focus on the details that would make this place a special vacation spot. (I found it comical that every picture hanging on the wall was tilted and out of place). - You can expect to chase people out of your "Reserved" parking spot like we did twice. Small parking lot gets filled with retail customers. Overall, this was a last-minute rental for 3 nights, that served it's purpose for us, being close to the beach. However, there are far more properties on 30A offering more value for our money for our next visit.

Great Location
This place was a great place to relax that was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The place needed to be cleaned just a little better but besides that it was a wonderful stay! The master bed slept wonderfully! My son enjoyed all the beach toys that were provided. The balcony swing was so nice to sip a cup of coffee in the morning and hear the waves before the hustle and bustle of 30A started.

Location is perfect!
This condo is located conveniently to the beach and restaurants. It is very spacious and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The elevator is a huge perk and the balcony is amazing! We spent a lot of time enjoying the peek ocean views and the balcony swing. We would love to stay again!

Great Time …. But online it stated the condo had a beach umbrella /chairs or you could rent them. The rental companies at the beach you can access will not let you rent and the condo only had tailgate chairs no umbrella

We were not sure about booking this great property because we were un sure the 13th annual 30-A Songwriters Festival was going to happen.The rise in Omicron virus and a rainy weekend forecast were why there was doubt.. So we booked it a week before the event. Contrary to some prior negative reviews, our experience was the total opposite. Clean as a whistle, a cooperative ownership & fbaulous location (Perfect Pig Restaurant on the bottom floor was super conveniant and delicious) all made for an excellent home base away from home. Our son was one of the performing artists on the roster and the location was central to most of the venues he was playing. The 30A has become the largest songwriters festival in the South and there was so much diverse talent you really couldn't see it all. The third floor location features a big balcony with a huge swing and a great view of the ocean across the street.Our Granson (5 months old) just lovedit as did his Mama. We thought the property was perfect for our three night stay, and would give a thumbs up to future travelers to this wonderful slice of paradise.

Property needs a lot of work
I would not rent this property again until all the issues have been taken care of. I have photos to document. Not clean, freezer has no shelves, ice maker doesn’t work, not enough cooking and dishes for 4-6, poor quality bed linens, lamp in second bedroom is broken, air vents are rusty, old appliances, bathrooms as moldy. The only positive was the mattress was good on the king size bed. We had stayed in this building before and that unit was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My sister was visiting from AZ and had never been to this area. I was embarrassed and disappointed. This unit needs help!

Disappointed
On arrival very tired we find The sheets on the king bed appeared to be unclean there was hair and soiled spots on the sheets. I contacted the manager she did refund first night stay because I washed the bedding before I could stay. The living room rug needed to be vacuumed it appeared to be cover in pet hair and the towels were stained and had torn spots. I like the grand isle and have stayed there many times through the years but this was the worse experience. This condo needs some TLC clean it, buy new linens!! This experience has made us reluctant to use Vrbo again. We have owned rental property on 30A and you have to deep clean once a year and buy linens. The sheets and towels were totally worn out!
