Beach Access: Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of FREE, PUBLIC beach on 30A. Lily Lane Beach Trail (Bikes and Walking ONLY) is located across from the "Gathering Place". This is a wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave.
San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A and is directly across 30A, but with limited parking.
Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) Beach Access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms.
Just under a mile away, 5-7 minute bike ride to the public beach accesses.

The first floor holds one of the master suites, kitchen, dining, and living area. Beautiful shiplap walls and wood floors compliments a peaceful, beachy decor. An open kitchen with island and breakfast bar, holds brand new stainless steel appliances. An oversized dining table comfortably seats 10! The living room features a large, flat screen HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating. Step outside to enjoy a large screened in porch with a porch swing big enough to sleep on!
