"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement of social media, I believe it is worth adjusting this undesirable experience."

"O pessoal da recepção eh excelente. Os tamanhos dos quartos também. Camas confortáveis, academia boa. Quando chegamos tinha cabelos dentro da banheira, então a limpeza poderia ser melhor. O atendimento do bar também não foi bom, na hora do happy hour bao tinha menu dos drinks e quando perguntei quais os drinks que tinham o atendente respondeu com outra pergunta perguntando o que eu queria beber. Não conheço os drinks tradicionais americanos e acho q um menu ajudaria, ou pelo menos mais boa vontade do atendente. Estavamos num grupo de 6 pessoas e resolvemos procurar outro bar."
