"We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. I cannot stress how conveniently located this property is. We will be back!! :) "

"The check in process was easy and for the most part everything was as expected. The property is nice, clean, and has some nice design details. It was comfortable and homey (in a good way!) There were a couple things listed but not accurate - no hot water tea kettle (not a big deal), and at the time of our stay, and still reflected on the listing, there is NO king bed. We were able to work around it but this was a major reason we booked this property. Owner was responsive the first 24 hours...

"This Vrbo was just as listed. The place was spacious and perfect for my husband, toddler and dog to stay. The location is right by the zoo which was very convenient for us. The host messaged us regularly to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place. "

"We stayed here for a sibling reunion, everyone coming from different states. The place was beautiful and accommodated all 6 of us beautifully. We walked to restaurants, rode the bikes around the island and took the Ferry across. The only issue we had was with the bugs. We had to spray several times but found out later that these are prominent this time of the year for everyone on the island. Would recommend this lovely home on Coronado."

"The house was perfect for us! We had 7 adults and one 7-yr old stay as a family for a birthday vacation for my mom’s 60th. The house was clean, we did a quick cold plunge in the pool and sat in the hot tub. I can’t emphasize how cute the neighborhood was. There’s a dirt road around the corner that took us to Portside coffee by the yachts/boats. We loved it!"

"This property was excellent. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with items we didn’t expect—spices, paper towels, plastic food bags. That pattern was evident throughout—laundry soap, shampoo, etc. the house is located close to downtown which made it easy to get around. There is an attractive backyard and grill. The only hurdle was finding a parking spot in front of the house. We usually had to park a block or two away but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we...

"Perfect setup for extended family get together. The kids loved the beach and being able to watch it from the home. There was some sand/beach toys and chairs that we could use which was so great for us since we flew there. Highly recommend if you want to stay on the beach and be walking distance to Belmont Park!"
