"Property manager was incredibly polite and worked with us on a late check in. The inn was cozy and quiet. It was just off the beaten path to stay away from the crowds of Frankenmuth but close enough to drive in and visit. Awesome pricing and wonderful customer service! "

"I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and stocked the rooms were. Though something in the hallways smelled pretty musty. I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that. "They were remodeling so cleanlyness was not what it would be when the project is done. Room was clean. Shower fan did not work. Elevator needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast was very good. Staff did a good job at counter and in breakfast area."
