"Lovely lakefront property. Home is well appointed. I typically pack kitchen items which I ended up not needing to use. Bedding was comfortable. The water was warm. The owner was very responsive and communicative. The neighbors were fantastic and very friendly. Listening to the Loons while sitting on the deck with morning coffee was magical."

"We spent a week, for the second summer in a row, at this delightful place. The house is very comfortable with spaces to spread out or be together. The lakefront is large and beautiful, and there are kayaks, a canoe, and other good toys for enjoyment. The owner is very responsive. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can get ourselves across the country to Maine again."

"Highly recommend Yarmouth, this cozy apartment and its host! The property is exactly as described and was clean, cozy and well appointed. The only small criticism would be that one of the beds (metal frame) was rather creaky and the mattress was not very comfortable, my son had the other bed and said that it was comfortable though. "

"A great, spacious home with everything a family needs (including two WCs). Comfortable beds and clean everywhere. Lovely garden that leads into woodland.House is really charming and generally very well appointed. The decor isn't all 100% perfect but it actually puts you at ease knowing the kids won't ruin stuff just by being there!Plenty of essentials provided including S'mores kit which we didn't get to use sadly. "Our family had a great time at this two house property! The boys (old and young) had a blast on the water with all the fun water toys paddle boards, kayaks and especially the floating dock with slide and tube!! I had a couple of questions for the property manager and she got back to me promptly and efficiently to make sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure spending time at this beautiful property!!"
