"The first room we walked in had wet carpet from a flooded toilet or something in the bathroom. We were promptly given a new room just down from our other one. We appreciated the quick service and resolution! Our only negative was the outdoor pool was freezing and the first night the hot tub was also broken. It made for a cold swim for the kids. "

"I have to say, every human including the manager, was lovely. They purchased the hotel recently and are running the business and updating at the same time. Based on my interactions with the employees, I would definitely stay there again once their transition is complete. "
