"Wonderful home, amazing for families and young kids. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all planning communications. We tried some of the chefs he recommended for drop off meals, grocery delivery and all were wonderful. It the most relaxing a vacation can be when traveling with small children 😀"

"Dealing with Manager and all his suggested contacts (shuttle, chef, maintenance) were all excellent with their work and contacting. House in general was difficult getting use to; where stairs are located and how they are built at angles, stairs and loft areas how to negotiate, find switches and what they controlled, etc."

"The house was amazing! It is larger than the pictures showed. The property owner was great, checked in after check-in and gave us great suggestions on restaurants and some excursions. You can swim safely in the ocean right off the pier in the back and the pool was super clean. Just a great experience! Planning another stay next year, 2026."

"We are a family of 4 (kids 15 and 19) and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The location was amazing. We would walk to Starbucks in the morning and it is also a short walk to Baha Mar and Cable beach. There are also several take out places near by. The supermarket is also very close by. Downtown is just a short drive. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, spacious (2 living rooms!) and it had everything we needed. Lou was very responsive to questions I had. "The property is amazing. There is so much detail that went into the restoration of this house we really liked the layout. We used the indoor and outdoor dining options and the plunge pool. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We cooked a couple meals, hired a chef a couple night and ate at the local restaurants. The Pink Palms is very close to the beach, stores, restaurants and the bus stop to take us downtown. We highly recommend the Pink Palms and loved our stay there."

"The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been more ideal as we were close to most of the things we wanted to do. Private beach and breathtaking views made it hard for us to leave. The development was filled with the nicest and most welcoming residents. We felt right at home. Property management was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. We can’t wait to return! "

"This property was the perfect fit for our family with adult kids. It looks exactly as it appeared in the online photos and the property manager was always available to help with any request.We loved everything about it including the calm relaxing interior design, the fully outfitted kitchen, and the beautiful beach just across the parking lot. "This property was stellar. Not only did it have the space we needed, there were tons of details that made it the perfect choice for our vacation. Our car rental reservation went unfulfilled so we took a taxi to the house. The driver commented on how lucky we were to be staying in this area. Reef

"O Reef e o Cove ficam um pouco afastados do Royal e Coral. O Reef possui uma piscina própria, muito boa e uma praia bem a frente. Algumas pedras mas no lado direito é muito bom de entrar na água. Possui uma loja de conveniência e um Starbucks. Para os restaurantes, pegávamos o ônibus pra Marina Village, bem eficiente."

" The hotel is structurally incredible, boasting numerous beautiful spaces and stunning decor. It's a perfect place for families, with endless fun for kids. The waterpark is fantastic, offering plenty of options to keep children entertained all day long. However, there are some drawbacks, particularly with the dining experience. Every night, there is a long wait for dinner. Reservations are required, and often, there are no available slots for that evening. Breakfast is also a challenge, with long lines and wait times of up to an hour on some days, which is quite inconvenient. Another issue is the lack of available lounge chairs on the beach. If you arrive a bit late, you might not find any chairs, or sometimes there are chairs but no umbrellas. Every day, I witnessed people complaining about this. For a luxury hotel, these details should not be overlooked."

"Hotel sensacional. Equipe de funcionários excelente. Comida muito gostosa, aliás, a mais gostosa entre os hotéis all inclusive que nos hospedamos. A praia, linda, água morna. Perfeita! Se eu tivesse dinheiro, muito dinheiro, moraria ali fácil!!!"
