Our enchanting apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, 1 of which with a small balcony which will give you a special sunset over the suggestive former industrial Rome.
Main features of the apartment:
- Beds: This welcoming apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom with balcony features a 130cm double bed, while the second bedroom offers a 140cm double bed. For additional guests, there is a 150cm x 200cm sofa bed in the lounge area.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples, groups of friends, traveling workers, digital nomads and anyone who wants a pleasant stay.
- Well-equipped kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
- Bathrooms: Two complete bathrooms are at your disposal, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and the second bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.
- Comfort all year round: The apartment is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system, ensuring maximum comfort in any season.
- Entertainment and Work: For your entertainment, we offer a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and even a stereo system with Alexa for your favorite music. For moments of relaxation, you will also find a video game console.

Furthermore, if you want the sea, just take the Rome-Ostia Lido train, the station is located practically under the house, to reach Ostia where you can spend a pleasant day at the seaside.
Furthermore, the proximity to the Piazzale dei Partigiani bus terminal, the Piramide metro station and the Ostiense train station, directly connected to Fiumicino airport, make getting around the city a breeze.
