"Property does not state anywhere that it is an RV. It was nice enough but the bed is hard for two people to share. Someone has to climb over the other person to get up during the night. The shower is tiny with no water pressure…all things that could be assumed if it stated that it is an RV."

"Everything about this stay was excellent. The Host was kind and attentive, checking in on us frequently to make sure we had all we need. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. View was splendid! We would definitely stay here again."

"Great house, spacious and bright- on the south side of Salinas. Perfect location as we were visiting Monterey etc. The property manager Luis was great and very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend! "

"Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"Very quiet. Heat was uneven in the cabin."

"Graciela was a very responsive host. We have been on a three week road trip and this was the cleanest and neatest property we stayed at. The back yard is very pretty too. We were 6 adults and it was a little tight in the kitchen for all of us but being able to pour out into the back yard was lovely. Salinas was a very convenient town and close to Monterey and Carmel. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed this place. It was very clean and spacious and modern. Just wanted to mention that it is the basement of the main house so you can hear the footsteps above. But we were able to sleep as it didn’t go late. The hot tub is not private as it is just off the main house deck and has visibility from the top floor of the house. So we didn’t choose to use it even though it was one of the main reasons for choosing this place. Other than those two things this place was very comfortable. We would...
