"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"

"We had a small family reunion here for 2 nights. The main house is nice and spacious, very clean and functional. The bunkhouse is located upstairs and some of the beds are in the loft, up a ladder. Beds were very comfy. Pool is nice, unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy. Lots of games and just a beautiful, peaceful property to enjoy family time. "

We did not receive communication about check in procedures, so we went to the front door that had no lighting. We rang the doorbell but nobody came to the door. "I have now stayed at Pajaro Dunes 3 times. As usual love the beach and the spaciousness of the unit for a 4 night stay. The only things this time is the property lighting around our Building (Bldg B) was inadequate, including the lighting of the sign for all building. Secondly using the path from the staircase to the edge of the dunes had 2 covered sand-covered steps, that could not be seen but caused one of us to twist their ankle.(maybe a warning sign could have alerted us.)
